Looking for a roommate to share a newly renovated townhouse in the community of Stonegate in Airdrie. This is a quiet, family orientated complex. Easy access to grocery stores, convenience stores and the QE2. You would have the top floor of the townhouse to yourself which includes a large master bedroom (big enough for a king size bed), two other bedrooms for an office/den area and a private bathroom. A good amount of storage as well is available on this floor. The main floor would be a shared common space. Large living room, dining room and kitchen with brand new appliances. Fridge, stove and dishwasher are all brand new. The basement is occupied by the other roommate, who is a 20 years old responsible male. This roommate has 2 senior cats so you must LOVE cats but unfortunately there is a 2 pet rule in the complex so no more pets are allowed. A small outdoor space is also included which is a shared area as well. There is one parking spot available which is included in the rent. Utilities are shared 50/50. Looking for a single adult for this space, must be employed full time. Must have professional and personal references available and proof of employment.
