Room 15 minutes away from Sheridan’s Trafalgar campus and across the street from Oakville Place!

‼ This room is available August 1st, but 2 more rooms will be available in September as most of us are moving out since we’re done school.

We have a full kitchen, large balcony, and 360mbps unlimited internet. 1 bathroom is shared between 3 people, but as we all have very different schedules this is rarely an issue. Utilities are not included in the rent, but average about $35/month. Room includes bed, shelves, and desk with chair.

Outdoor parking available for $90/month.

What we need from you:

• Deposit of first and last month’s rent
• Signing a subtenant agreement or lease
• Proof of employment

I’m Jesse, a marketing student at Sheridan College. I will be around until September, and sticking around will be another one of my roommates. We’re both LGBT and this is a very friendly household in general.

We’d love for someone to move in that we can be friends with, and chill in the living room sometime to watch some Netflix or cook together. :)
