About the room
I’m subletting my bedroom starting July 17th (move in date is flexible) until August 31st. With the option to sign a new lease for September 1st, however, there may be a rent increase and you’ll need to find new roommates.
The bedroom is huge with a massive 3 door closet. Two big windows with a nice view and plenty of sunlight!
Furniture included in the room: Bed frame + mattress - Round green side table - Wall shelves - Curtains - Desk - Desk drawers - Desk chair - Big picture frame (without the poster)
All utilities included in the rent, even wifi. Apartment is on the 8th floor, very spacious with a big kitchen. Laundry room in the basement (takes coins). Bike storage in the basement, but there’s also space in the apt hallway. And our TV has a free Netflix account!
You’ll be living with Augi, between 24yo.
Location is amazing! Between the orange and green line. 5 min walk to Concordia metro and George Vanier. A few minutes walk to grocery stores like PA, IGA and Adonis. Many, many restaurants in the area, Dollarama, Canadian Tire, Atwater market, SAQ, everything is walking distance!
The reason why I am moving is because I have a friend moving here in Montreal and we decided to go and live together.
