I am currently looking for a roommate to call the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, their home away from home. Conveniently located right next to the river valley filled with bike paths and trails when you need a breath of fresh air. Close to many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and other amenities. This location is about a 25 min walk to the U of A, and a 15 min walk to MacEwan and Norquest! If you need to go further out North to Nait or South to Southgate mall, the Government Centre LRT is 15 mins away from this apartment building. If you are interested, the rent is $750/month utilities included, Wi-Fi is an extra $50, and parking is available with an additional fee. Pet free building.

About me: I’m 24 and newer to Edmonton, so I’m looking forward to exploring the city and new possible interests, as well as, looking to go to school next year! I’m respectful of common spaces and keeping my surroundings clean and tidy. I’m shy, friendly and enjoy time to myself. As a bonus, I enjoy cooking and baking that I’m more than happy to share. I’m a horror movie fiend and love movies nights in general! I’m looking for someone close to the same age, preferably female, that is working or a student.
