Within walking and driving distance to Sheridan. Close by to Oakville Place, various restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and more.

Utilities include heating/cooling, gas, stove, microwave, and fridge. Hydro and wifi are extra. There are on-site laundry units that are pay-per use.

The full price of the apartment is $2100 plus hydro and wifi, but we would each pay half of the rent/hydro/wifi.

Since I personally don’t have a car, I would like you to pay the parking price if you need a space ($80).
