Unfurnished room with a closet available in a three bedroom, two bathroom condo shared with two female university students. The room has a floor to ceiling glass “curtain wall” and whilst there is no permanent door, there is a glass sliding door and curtain that leads into the kitchen. The dimension of the room is around 61 sqft and the bathroom shared with one other female student. The kitchen is furnished however the living room remains unfurnished - we would be looking for someone who is willing to work together to furnish the common areas with us! Building amenities include concierge, large gym, outdoor terrace, BBQ area, indoor lounge areas and underground bike racks. Building security includes fobs for entering the building and using the elevator. The location is walking distance to Ryerson and subway distance to U of T. The condo is at the heart of downtown Toronto, located at the intersection of Church and Carlton. Loblaws and Scotia Bank is across the street.

My roommate, Stacy and I are looking for a third roommate to move into our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo starting August 15. We are both university students looking for a sociable, friendly and clean roommate who we can also start a sincere friendship with! I’m going into my third year at UofT and Stacy is starting at George Brown.
