Close to laundry mat, T.T.C. subway and all stores. Little Italy. The kitchen and living room are added pluses, as they are large and comfortable, but the privacy of having my bedroom down the hall from the rest of the apartment is a plus. There is a dishwasher! A deck in the spring and it is a very fun area to live in. The kitchen has everything one would need to make fabulous meals, and there are no added bills. Free heat, water and unlimited wifi.
