An almost too good to be true, but it is! 3 bedroom townhouse where I occupy the basement, and am self sufficient down there, but the main floor and 2nd story are completely empty. Not 1 piece of furniture anywhere on those 2 floors. Very large master bedroom and 2 fairly large other bedrooms. As for the “shared bathroom” that is just the shower. Only 1 full bathroom on the 2nd story where I need access to the shower. I have a washroom downstairs so I won’t use the toilet upstairs. Master bathroom and Kitchen being renovated right now. I don’t use the kitchen except for the oven to cook a pizza once in a blue moon. Window Air conditioner (High BTU) included on 2nd floor. Quit and safe neighborhood, 5 minute walk to Kanata Park & Ride. Year round free parking on both sides of wide street right out front. Washer and dryer located in the basement in my space, but fully accessible to you. Large backyard. Lookingg for responsible, respectful, financially secure, employed tenants.

I am a quiet, construction worker, who works long days and stays downstairs who you will barely notice when I am home. I am the lease holder so you will be paying rent to me. I will respect your privacy and request/expect the same.
