I am a young working professional looking to rent out an unfurnished bedroom in a 3-bedroom townhouse. There is one room that will be available in October (date is flexible). You will be sharing the washroom with the person who has rented out the other room.

Some additional perks: Accessible to Mississauga Transit (within walking distance of bus stop), 401, 403, 410, and Heartland Town Center! There is a living room equipped with a TV, PS3, and various streaming services that is available for use. The kitchen and floors were recently renovated. There is a backyard that is also available for your use.

Currently, there are 3 individuals living in the 3 bedroom townhouse. One of my roommates is moving to be closer to work which is why the room is available. We are all working professionals in our mid-20s. Since all of us are working from home, we try to make living here as fun as possible! We have nacho nights, game nights, play outdoor games, and occasionally cook together.

We would prefer a student or a working professional. We’re fairly cautious when it comes to inviting people over due to the pandemic.
