It is a 5 minute walk to the Canada Line that goes straight to downtown Vancouver, Richmond Kwantlen University, Lansdowne Mall, and Grocery Stores, aswell as close to many bus’. ( super transit accessable friendly )

The building says No Smoking, Drugs, Marijuana specificly in the property. Although I don’t smoke I am 420 friendly, lmfao maybe just not in the building.

Tenant Insurance, internet / utilities split 50/50. Unit is avalible sept. 5th as $1095 / month. $200 move-in fee. Unfortunately No pets. Message me and Hopefully you’ll be the right fit!
