Larry Uteck Boulevard

Hello! My name is Mariel and I am living together with my 7 year Common-law partner Michael and 6 year old Son. We are a very neat couple and we’d like to share our other room since we are not using it. We are situated in Larry Uteck Boulevard, a 10 minute walk from Sobeys and a 5 minute walk from trails. The building is situated just right in front of the Bus Stop so commuting is not a problem.

This room is semi-furnished and we only provide the night stand, the bed frame and the curtains. This queen size bed frame has lots of storage so you dont have to think about where to place your clothes and stuffs.

The room has also spectacular big window and you can even lay a small cushion beside the window. Although the room isnt that huge, you can add up a semi to medium desk for your laptop or your study area. All in all the room is definitely perfect.

The people living in this building are mostly Middle-Age to Late-Adult and everything in this building is peaceful and quiet. You can never ask for any neighboor than the people living in this apartment and also It is a non-smoking building.
