The main floor is a great room concept with a nice kitchen with an island and stools. A corner fire place, south facing deck in the fenced back yard make this a great home where you can relax after a days work and on weekends. Laundry is conveniently located in the basement. There is plenty of storage room. An attached garage is available for storage of motorbikes, ATVs or furniture if required. The bedrooms are currently unfurnished but basic furnishings can be provided.
This is a quiet friendly complex in a good area along the Kennedale Ravine. It is easily accessible to major roadways, the Yellowhead, Manning Drive and the Anthony Henday.
