This ground floor condo is situated in wonderful Garrison, within short walking distance from the Garrison stores, Vedder trail head and UFV campus. The condo is large (too big for one person), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study and a large open plan kitchen/ living area. Fully furnished. All utilities and wifi included. Alarm and security and underground parking included.

I am a UFV student and have a physical disability - I use a manual wheelchair to move around. I am looking for a likeminded student or young adult that can share this space with me. I need a bit of help with some tasks due to my disability and a reduced rate is negotiable based on this. I love being outdoors, and go the gym and do trail walks daily.
