Marco's room

A room is available in our 3 bedroom condo in Place des Arts.

About the apartment:

The apartment is located in between the Plateau Mon-Royal and Downtown , 1 minute walk form the metro St Laurent , 7 minute walk to the metro Berry UQAM and the Bus 55 at 1 minute walk , The location is close to all the services , Starbucks and IGA express on the building , Saint Denis 10 minute walk , Chinatown at 8 minute walk , Eaton Center at a 12 minute walk.

The condo is like brand new , stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer inside the apartment , AC, google home in the different rooms, Smart Tv, Netflix ,Disney + and Amazon prime video , Nintendo switch.

The común areas get a lot of natural light during the day. The building has a terrace with a pool, elevator, gym, a bike parking spot.

The room :

It’s very bright you can fit a queen bed , a desk and a side table without any issue, it has 2 large windows with a view of the Saint-Laurent street, a big closet, it’s nor furnished but you might be able to buy some furnitures from the current roommate.

The roommates.

You’ll be living with Anna, she’s French , but also speaks English 23 years old, she has a masters in urban planning, during the week she works during the week , but during her free time she likes to bake, drink tea , have a cup of wine or beers, watch Tv shows.

Marco 27 years old , Mexican , I speak English and I’m learning French, work in IT (Currently working in a hybrid mode home and office ), I love to cook, to workout , have drinks over the weekend, watch movies , binge series, have good conversations, I’m quite open minded, always down to share a good moment.

Once we’re home we like to have dinner together while watching some TV , during the weekends we like to hangout with our friends.

We’re looking for a person that would like to share the community environment, and have good moments.
