Gatespark Private

Townhouse is located 5 minutes from the 417 in a quiet neighborhood beside the Centrum. You will have two private bedrooms to yourself upstairs and a private bathroom, all unfurnished. You will also have shared access to the rest of the house which includes a home gym. No smoking inside the house (at landlord request). The landlord requests that my new roommate sign a new/updated lease with me.

I have 2 young cats (1 & 2 years old). One is a rescue and keeps mostly to himself until he gets to know the new visitor and the other is super demanding of cuddles. I’m introverted but friendly and easy to get along with. In my free time I enjoy reading, volunteering and have started working out every day at home. I’m trying to become more active and get in better shape. I don’t have people over very often, especially with covid but would like to have games nights again when it’s safe. Currently I am working from home and do not know when or if I will go back to the office full time.
