Subletting my apartment for a single roommate (preferably a student) to split the rent with. It’s a bedroom + den at Jazz by Concert, and I’m looking for someone to take the den this summer.

The apartment is around a safe neighbourhood, and is great for Ryerson/TMU or George Brown (St. James Campus) students who only have to walk literally 9m to school. It’s also extremely close to core downtown, where places like the Eaton Centre are a 5m walk.
