Located on the second floor of a single family large character heritage home on a very quiet street in beautiful Fairfield, we are offering two rooms to a mature and responsible female. The rooms feature hardwood floors and are situated side by side with west exposure. Total for both rooms is $1100/month.

One bedroom is 12x11, furnished (IKEA style), except for a bed, and features a 48“ tv, large dresser, pine shelf and closet.

The second bedroom is 12x10, furnished with a couch and armchair, and offers a small kitchenette with a compact fridge w/freezer, microwave, double burner and closet for storage.

The 4-pc bathroom with soaker tub is shared. This is a beautiful home and is a very private, quiet and secure space.

$1100/month includes heat, hydro, water and internet. Includes fridge, microwave, double burner, and use of a washing machine. There is no dryer, phone hookup or cable. Street parking only. No smoking, no vaping, no pets (we already have a small poodle mix and two cats)! Bedrooms are to remain furnished.

We are almost childless! Our young adult son lives in our basement and our daughter has moved out with university friends. These two bedrooms are gathering dust. We are a mature couple looking for a mature and quiet female who would appreciate living in our home. The only room we would share is the bathroom; other parts of the house would be off-limits, hence why we are offering two bedrooms. No visitors.
