2 bedroom apartment close to St. Marys Hospital and Victoria Park. The room will come furnished with a bed and a table. All utilities and WIFI included. There is no additional parking for now but there might be one after some time and it’s not guaranteed.

Hi. I’m a working professional who is quiet, clean and very friendly person and easy to get along and a non-smoker. I am ok with having conversations.

I’d prefer to have somebody who is very similar to me and easy to get along. PLEASE, NO SMOKING, NO 420 and NO PARTYING.

The location is right close to Kitchener Downtown and accessible by bus to Conestoga College, Laurier and Waterloo universities.

The room can be 950 per person or 550 per person if you want to share with your friend/partner.

The rent includes all utilities, WIFI and will come furnished with bed and table. You’re responsible for cleaning your own room and common areas if you make any mess, but I’ll do the weekly cleaning. You must be ok with cats.
