O'connor Street

It’s a good place, surprisingly big for the price and location, especially the bedroom (I have a queen bed, a pretty huge desk and a wardrobe, and I’m in the smaller room). The bedroom would be empty, and you would need to furnish it. Kitchen has a dishwasher and laundry is downstairs, not in unit. Grocery store is 1 block away, so is basically everything as we’re right dead centre midtown next to bank street. Heat is included in the rent but electricity and internet are not - we would split the bills. (I have great wifi because I play video games). Apartment space is totally shared, other than bedrooms. That includes my gamecube!

I’m Jamie, my roommate is moving out next semester to do exchange in Europe and decided to just pack up and leave rather than figure out a sublet, so yeah. I’m in third year at Carleton, I’m neat, clean, quiet and easy going, as long as you can pay rent and not be a psychopath, I’m sure we will get along great lmao. I have both vaccines, as I would hope you do too and I’m gone during the summers to go back home. For some background, I’m from Toronto, I love rock climbing and skiing, playing video games and I’m studying industrial design.
