Our house is located at the intersection of Plessis Rd and Regent Ave. There is only 1 room available now.

Furnished rooms, utilities and internet are included

I love pets, but this is NOT a pet friendly house, and it’s smoke free too sorry

Bathrooms are separated from the owner, you will share the main floor together with other tenants.

Looking for SINGLE PERSONS ONLY, any genders (we are currently having 2 guys). We may request a preference from you at anytime, since we prefer nice persons.

You will have these benefits:

1. 1 minute to the bus stops routes 42, 46, 47, 48, 87, 89, 90, 92 (Balmoral station/ Main & Portage/ Henderson/ Crossroads destinations, etc.)

2. 1 minute walk to Giant Tiger, Pharmacy, Tavern United, etc.

3. 5 minutes drive to the busiest Regent shopping centre (Kildonan Place, Walmart, Superstore, restaurants, etc.)

4. Separate front door for tenants

5. Free parking (for master room only), otherwise $25/month.

6. 5 standard pieces are included in the rent (fridge, stove, microwave, washer, dryer).

7. Sets of kitchen storage are available privately for each person. Biggest set will be available for master room.

8. All utilities (laundry, hydro, gas, water, waste, and internet) are FREE

We are looking for someone that willing to always keep the house clean, and follow the (strict) rules since it is shared with each other. We have cleaning schedules for each room, so no worries about doing something someone else didn’t do.

Viewing are available uponrequest. Deposit will be half of the rent ($275). And have to stay at least 6 months long. Short term rental will be charged differently.

Current tenants’ age range is 26-29. The house was mixed male and female, as well as LGBT. But currently having 3 male. We are half going to work, half work from home and have quiet hours for everyone at night. So basically this is a quiet and respectful place to live.
