This 2 bed, 2 bath, upstairs suite is centrally located in Nanaimo. Just off Bowen road, the suite is easy walking distance to all amenities, is close to the hospital and is on a main bus route to the university and the north end. There is in suite laundry, ample street parking, and a large deck to enjoy in the sunny days. Bedroom is best suited for a double bed and minimal furniture, but a queen can squeeze in and there is a built in desk and closet. All utilities included in the rent except for the internet, which is negotiable.

I am a professional, quiet, clean and geeky, 45 m. The house is smoke and pet free.
