(pics to come) Looking for a housemate. This place has a fully-finished basement, with private bedroom & its own 3pc bathroom. Shared kitchen on the ground floor. Internet included (currently on a 150Mbps connection, but I don’t mind upgrading should the need arise). Driveway is long enough to fit my car + yours if it isn’t too big.

Currently in the process of furnishing the place, including installing a squat rack & bench in the garage, complete with olympic barbell & weights, for those days where the gym just feels so impossibly far away.

Located right right off the 416 in Hunt Club Park, 15 minutes from downtown by car in ideal conditions. Costco, T&T, Greenboro Station, Ottawa Airport all situated within a 10-minute drive.

I’m a late 20s attorney from Montréal currently working remotely. Fully vaxxed. I enjoy cooking and mixing cocktails for social drinking and I often make too much of whatever it is I’m preparing because I’m too used to meal prepping everything.

Prior to the pandemic I paddled on a dragonboat team, but since then I’ve taken up hiking and running. I’m familiar with internet culture & video games although I don’t play much anymore.

I used to tutor French if that’s something you’re looking to pick up. I’m handy enough around the house and I like acquiring new practical skills. I’m currently looking into regrading the backyard with gravel and installing patio tiles for next summer.
