Francois's room

The neighboorhood is quite calm , someone will cut the grass for us. We will have to shovel our own driveway but it won’t be a hassle!

I for one am quite calm. I don’t throw parties , always ready to hang out and learn about new people. I spend most of my time in my room so I won’t bother you if you don’t’ want too. There is upstairs neighbors but they are silent most of the time and if they make too much noise , they are understanding and will quiet down.
