Rent is $750 all inclusive (internet too) per month
Parking is not included you can rent for $80 dollars per month
Area is close to boardwalk shopping centre, grocery stores, restaurants.

We do not allow pets unless it is a small dog.
We mostly keep to ourselves but socialize once in a while.
