This condo is in the exclusive and highly sought after community of Cloverdale. This is a really beautiful location and home and I’m looking for someone who is respectful, mindful, and cleans up after themselves. Hi there! I’m originally from Ontario and have lived in Edmonton for just over five years now. I’m 27, and am a small business owner in the beauty industry. My studio is in the Brewery district and I split my time between there and home. I have a 7 year old wonderfully beautiful, sweet and well behaved Border Collie / Lab mix rescue named Katana, and she will melt your heart and win you over as soon as you meet her. I like to spend my time working on my business, out with friends, my boyfriend, walking my dog, making good meals, relaxing, reading, home workouts, and simply enjoying life :). I am respectful, kind, thoughtful and a trustworthy person and I’m looking for someone of the same mindset. Importantly, common spaces being kept clean is a must- I’m looking for someone with a high standard of cleanliness that can prioritize not leaving messes for each other. Pets are very welcome as long as they’re friendly :)
