You will have full access to kitchen , dining , den, laundry and all utilities are included . I have a gym in the basement , beautiful backyard with a hot tub . Must be cat friendly , but please no pets allowed . Looking for quiet professional female who will treat my home with respect . I tend to keep to myself a lot but also like to enjoy the company of my tenant :)
