Room for rent for a 2 bedroom condo, for females, (or a married couple) only with English language fluency till End of March 2023.

HIGHLY central, accessible to 401 highway, TTC bus to STC (10 min), Kennedy station (20 mins), UTSC (30 mins), Seneca College (35 minutes), and downtown (1 hour). Across the street to Kennedy Commons (huge plaza) with 24/hr grocery store (Metro), banks (TD), Gym (LA fitness), and other shops.

Rent includes, underground parking spot (optional for $80 extra), indoor gym, cable TV, internet, cooling/heating, hot/cold water, bedroom furniture and bedding, sitting and dining room furniture, kitchen with utilities, common laundry room downstairs, 24 x 7 security, private secure room and shared bathroom with 1 older female (landlord) who lives in the master bedroom.

No pets or smoking allowed in premises. No Alcohol use in apartment. Vegan, Vegetarian, Halal, Kosher food allowed. No loud music, no dancing, no parties, no visitors, small electronic usage allowed, must keep room and shared area clean and tidy after use. Cleaning products and tools provided. Room renter is responsible for all her personal items, personal grocery, personal laundry, travel, health and safety matters. Must sign contract and abide by the building and owner rules and regulations.

Rent $1000 per month. First and Last month rent paid before moving in. Damage deposit of $300 paid, if any damages during moving in or out. If keys are lost, replacement cost $75. If parking not required $100 reduction in rent.
