Woodvale Green

We live in a condo/townhouse. We are renting the large basement room with powder room across the hall. The main bathroom upstairs has the shower so that is shared. Shared kitchen space as well. It’s near Algonquin College in a good neighborhood! There is possibility of parking with the parking company for an extra cost, I it is $40 a month, there is side road parking as well.

About us, we are are 2 easy going guys, we’re married. We enjoy time with our friend and neighbors as we like to be social. We have a dog a and cat so no other pets area allowed. If you would like to know just ask!
