Tillicum Road

The property is an upper suite apartment within a 4plex house. There is a fenced-in, shared backyard with the unit below us. You would have a large private bedroom, and a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room with me. My lease ends in July, but there are opportunities to extend with or without me.

I am currently living in the second bedroom in the apartment with my dog. I am a 23 year old woman who recently moved to Canada. I am currently studying, almost exclusively online, at Royal Roads University, and I work a part-time job. My dog is a 1 year old shepherd mix, named Bear, who is extremely energetic and loves new friends of all species.
