Upper floor of heritage house, shared spaces include large equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room, laundry bathroom shared with one roomate.

Private parking space, bounce private flex space on the same level ( currently furnished as a home office) also has a private closed storage room on same floor.

House is shared with a couple male, female, artist and student and one single working male who would share second floor bathroom. Also have an indoor out door cat who’s kept on the main floor only. House has a large covered patio and back yard gardens, friendly neighbours, steps from the arbutus Greenway, two large parks and kerrisdale community center.
