Home away from home. If you grew up in a busy home with parents pets and siblings. Music on while cleaning quiet after 9 pm. Gatherings around dinner , a cat curled up on your bed.where your privacy is highly respected. This might or might not be the place for you.
It is a busy home after school and work but then becomes very quiet after dinner.
Short or long term. Typical family home. Pets. Music. Noise. 2 adult kids at home. (18 and 22) room is on same floor as the family. Parking available. High speed wifi.laundry heat and Hydro included. We do have a dog that will take time getting used to a new person. We also have cats. (X2) Room is not huge but not tiny. Double bed and dresser. A desk can be added if needed. 420 friendly outside only. Smoking oitside only as well. We do not mind if u have the occasional beer or two but do not want it done nightly. Rental can be without meals @ 550 a month or with meals 650 month. Located 2 minutes from bus to Brock, pen, downtown Home is well kept Available Dec 1 or January 1 with deposit. We can not add more pets to the house. Visitors are fine but would prefer no over nights guests but some exceptions can be discussed. Such as visiting partner from out of town for a night or two Nothing longer.

Daughter 21. Works full time. Daughter 18 goes to school full time. Stay at home mom. Dad works full time 2 dogs 2 cats
