Hello! I found an affordable two bedroom basement. It’s cheaper because the ceilings are really low hanging just under 6 ft. I’m 5’5 and it suits okay- the bathroom and kitchen are shared. Entrance through landlord section of house upstairs but they are lovely people. Very quite and sweet. Bikes can be put on porch or out back, theres street parking available and the rent is all inclusive.

It is located just off of Christie subway station. Lots of shops near by and laundry mat on the corner by the unit.

Looking for quite and tidy roommate i could get along with as it is a small space.

I’m Jess my pronouns are she/they and I’m looking for a down to earth roommate to share my space with. ive had difficult time in past with both family and friends with my living situation so i just want something safe and welcoming for once.
