It also has a large closet with many shelves for you to use. There is shared laundry and furnished living room and stocked kitchen, as well as a lovely backyard. This is one street away from a major bus route and is only one stop away from Blair station. There is an adorable 7 month old cat who lives here as well, his name is groot and he has all of his shots!

The roomies are clean and quiet, there are three others besides yourself. All in our early 20’s. One is a student. It would be either a lease takeover or a sublet until September 2022 (where you would have the possibility to sign another 12-month lease)
