Near windermere area and quick access to Anthony Henday. It’s a new house that is 2300 square feet, 2 levels with an undeveloped basement. I’ve got one room with a bed, and one room currently unfurnished but can be furnished after talking to you about your needs. I maintain a regular schedule to clean my house, am a clean person, but my germophobic tendencies reasonably come out after a shift in hospital. Got my own kotatsu. Still working on furnishing. Price negotiable.

I am living solo as an acute care registered nurse with experience in gastroenterology, stroke, geriatrics, and COVID. I am triple vaccinated and am clean, quiet, responsible and introverted. Not a crazy party goer. I don’t do drugs or smoking, only rarely drink socially.
