Looking to rent a large room (4m x 3 m roughly) in a multi story house near Christie Pitts park.

The house has two bathrooms, and a large balcony. Utilities (including internet) are included, however, there is no on-site laundry. The house is well renovated and has a large central kitchen, as well as some common and storage areas.

The room is unfurnished, but the roommate moving out has mentioned that she is willing to leave behind a mattress (lacking bed frame however)!

The house will have 3 roommates total, including myself.

I am a 32 year old male working in the financial industry (chartered bank - manager of analytics). The other roommate is a young professional woman in her 20s. Both of us are very friendly and respectful of others!

Looking for young professional roommates (or masters/PhD students) - proof of employment and a reference letter from a previous landlord are required.

Last month’s rent is due up front, while the monthly rent is due starting the first of each month.

A little bit about myself:

I am a non-smoker and drink socially. Very friendly and respectful of others, though I do appreciate having some private downtime. I have lived with a bunch of roommates for the last 4 years, and am used to splitting up household chores. I really prioritize having a place that is clean, especially the common areas (i.e. I do my dishes immediately after I finish cooking). At this point in my life, I am not really a partier (though it will happen occasionally). Otherwise, I am quite laid back and always communicative.
