Seeking a respectful, grounded and awesome housemate to join a pet-friendly home. This is the 2 level main floor of a beautiful character home in James Bay- 2 mins to the ocean, a block from a dog park, and right beside Fisherman’s Wharf. The room for rent is on the main floor, furnished (but if you’d prefer unfurnished that can be arranged - there Is also the possibility of a home office.

My room is in the upstairs attic & the room for rent is on the main floor, the house is spacious, and includes a washroom on the mainfloor. There is a fenced-off yard with space to garden, a tool shed, and a giant back porch w/BBQ, fire place & some nice lounge furniture.

Your roommate would is myself- mid30s, uses she pronouns, BIPOC as well as my 7-month-old corgi.

We both love the outdoors, great food, good people, good conversation, and I am socially and environmentally minded as well as easygoing. I am looking for a positive and mature person who wants to share this beautiful home & is community centered.

This home is BIPOC-owned, LQBTQ+2 friendly, 420 friendly (I am not a smoker of either cigarettes or weed but neither is a problem for me as long as its done outside.
