About the room
Hello! I’m looking for someone to rent out the second bedroom in my spacious, fully furnished two-bedroom apartment. The apartment is in an ideal location (cross-streets Sherbrooke and Jeanne Mance) 2 minute walk from the metro Place-des-Arts, bus stops (24 right at the door!), McGill University, Provigo, Metro/Uniprix/Dollarama/SAQ, Saint Laurent Street, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, and many restaurants, cafes, and bars all within short walking distances.
The lease is quite flexible, but ideally I’d like someone to rent from January to June. There will also be a possibility to renew your lease for the following year.

About the roomies
A little about me: I recently graduated from Biochemistry at Concordia and am currently working full-time. I enjoy rock climbing, cooking and music. I’m a quiet, considerate and understanding roommate. I’m plant-based so I don’t eat meat but I do not mind if you do.
