Shared kitchen, two shared washrooms, on-site laundry, and a large backyard that’s really pretty in the spring and summer! Furniture in photos not included! Located on the north end of Chinatown near Kensington Market, walking distance to public transportation and anything else you’d need (grocery stores, banks, hospitals, etc.) Parking available with city permit and landlord permission. Pet-friendly (depending on how big) and 4/20 friendly. Wifi is an extra $18.62 per month, and coin laundry is $1.75 per load, both washer and dryer.

You’ll be subletting from one of our roommates who is moving back home. Our lease ends July 31st (8 months) and after that if you choose to stay you’d have to sign the lease. You’ll have 4 roommates, everyone who lives here is queer and Covid conscious so if you’re anti mask/anti vax or a homophobe don’t message pls lol!
