I am offering a fair sized room in a shared apartment. The room is partially furnished with a bed, dresser and shelving. The shared living room is quite spacy and very bright. Kitchen and Bathroom are mid sized but totally suitable. The 2 bedrooms are located apart from each other so privacy is guaranteed. The Apartment is on Bloor Str. West close to Dufferin, so it could not be a more convenient location. TTC, Dufferin Mall, Convenient Store, Laundromat (No Laundry in the Apartment) and much more are all within 5 min walking distance. Summary…. it is an old school Apartment but very well kept since I look after it for 17 years now in one of the best Hoods Toronto has to offer !

My Name is Philipp, I am a middle aged regular dude easy going. I am originally from Germany and have been living in Toronto for 17 years. I was brought over by my wife but sadly that did not work out. We have a wonderful Child wich means the world to us. My profession is in landscaping and the trades. In my free time I am creative, like to cook, read and am a bit of a news junky. My passion for gardening falls a bit short in the city, sadly.
