Located at Niagara Falls (L2G0Z4) 2 furnished bedrooms available in a 3 bedroom house, a shared bathroom, a fully furnished living room and a well-equipped kitchen, a basement available for your various activities, wifi, cable tv, electricity and hydro included on the rent fees. I’m very cool and open, we will share a place together so we must know how to deal and respect each other. I will leave the house in few months after my graduation so you could add another room mate and the first one to get a room could transfert to the main room ( which have a big closet and private bathroom) once I leave and I’ll let you in charge of the house. the house is located near shops, parks and the bus stop is just in the front of the house so that make easy for you to move anywhere if you don’t drive.
