Available is the entire top floor of a house. 2 spacious rooms. We’re looking for one person to take both rooms for $900. The main floor washroom will be shared with one person and the kitchen will be shared with two. Tennant will also have plenty of closet space, parking in driveway, access to laundry facilities in basement, and a large backyard. The 501 TTC line in a 4 minute walk and Kipling Station is a 10 minute bus ride. Close to restaurants, groceries, go train, lakeshore walking paths. Right by Humber college Lakeshore.

We are two male professional musicians and teachers. We’re 45 and 35 years old. We’ve been friends for years and the energy around the house is pretty good as a result. Both of us are pretty left-leaning, if that’s important to you. We’re easygoing and friendly. We don’t really partty. We’ve both been at least double vaxxed for covid and one of us is awaiting an appointment for the booster ,at which point we’ll both be triple vaxxed. We’ve both been living in the space for years and we hope to find a like minded, easy to get along with person to fill the top floor.
