The room is furnished with a single bed, night stand, and desk if needed. Can accommodate someone with furniture as well. There is a nice back yard space for outside relaxing. I am a single working female looking to share the house with a quiet, easy going person. Must be ok with a cat.

There is a young, lovely couple renting the basement apartment. They are quiet working professionals and own a well behaved, medium sized dog.
