Granville Street

In a hold heritage building dead centre of downtown Vancouver. There are definitely some pros and cons. The bathroom is pretty outdated and it is a old apartment. However the price is great, has lots of character, close to everything, and overall good place. It is a month to month lease and the landlord is super sweet and kind.

I’m a 21 year old student, I work at a restaurant so I am out pretty late at night but do my best to be quiet. Pretty clean and easy going. I really want a roommate I can get along with. I love wine and boardgames!
