Isaac's room

The room it’s in the first floor it can fit a small bed and a desk, there’s a closet inside. The room it’s not furnished but the first month the roomate can pay half or something like that if he/she need to buy furniture for the room. The apartment it’s at 5minutes walking of grocery store’s. It have bus stops near and a Bonaventure metro station at 12 minutes walking.

We are two workers of the visual effects for films/shows. We are from Spain and we search a thrid roomate until the 31th of May. We’re friendly and we like to do live together on the living room and outdoor activites during the week but mostly the weekend.
