I’m currently looking for an Ally/LGBT roommate to move in to my spare bedroom! I work consistently throughout the weeks, 9-5 as a framework. Would have a lot of time alone if also a student. The room was previously a storage room, fitting my spare queen bed and a couch comfortably. The full apartment is a 2 bed-2 bath (Full bath/shower) and my roommate (you!) will have their own bathroom along-side their room. There is no in-suite laundry but the building has a laundry room on every floor, which is open to anyone. Not entirely important but said room does have 4 outlets.

I love movies and gaming and such I tend to do those things on my free time.

Guest parking is available (and plentiful, never FULL, one paid parking stall) which can be used long term without the pain of worrying about tow. I’ll be paying for WiFi: 1.5gb a second to ensure we don’t slow each other down; I will continue paying for this myself. I will also be taking care of the power and energy bills as well. o Buzz IN: easy access for skip-the-dishes or if you lose key fob. o Large balcony; overview of suburban and can see Cineplex/Cabelas from the balcony. o Very close to Manning Centre; McDonalds, Canadian Tire, Sportchek, Cineplex, and other fast food restaurants within walking distance.

I’m 25 and I love to watch movies, game, music, and overall just want to find someone that fits well with the environment! Would like someone with similar interests but totally not essential. I am going to school to pursue a career in film/mixed media!
