Caitlin's room

I live in a 2 bedroom top floor of a rented house. My roommate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to rent her room. We share a bathroom but we’ve never had issues sharing one. It is in central Kelowna, about a 15-20 min walk to downtown Kelowna and a 5 minute walk to a grocery store/gym/liquor store etc. You will be required to sign the lease and pay a damage deposit when you move in. The landlord will be doing an inspection before you move in so if there is anything caused by the last roommate you are not liable. I have a cat but no other pets are allowed unfortunately. We have a decent backyard with a table and chairs great for entertaining In the summer. The lease is up July 1st with option to extend the lease. My roommate will leave a bed for you if you’re interested but can be taken out if you don’t need it.

I am a 22 year old female with a stable job. I work in the day and would prefer someone who works in the day/evening as well. I do have a boyfriend that comes over 1-2 times a week max, he is respectful. I am vegan and an animal lover but understanding of all dietary choices. I enjoy having friends over once every month or so but nothing too crazy. Ideally I would like to live with a female in her 20’s as well but I’m open to a lot if we click.
