Beginning from February till August. The rent is $909 CAD, we can have a talk if the price is high. It’s a great room with a great view. Rent includes everything - Free wifi - Rent includes all utilities - Shared washroom with one amazing roommate - Shared kitchen and common area with three roommates - All the three roommates are very friendly and helpful. - The room includes - a queen-size bed, a study table, a closet, a Chester of drawers and a side table Already moved outside. Need someone to take over my lease agreement. The total rent is 1109, if you can take over my agreement I can provide you $1200 (200*6)cash, so your rent from March to August will become $909.
