Amazing furnished house! This is my house I’m a young 25 yr old professional that goes away for the summer for sales so I’m interested in renting out 2 of my 4 rooms. One room upstairs my friend lives in and the other we use as a poker / games room :) the backyard is beautiful re done with a nice concrete fire pit.

My friend who lives in the upstairs room is awesome. He’s a sales professional as well. Works all day at his office downtown and is quiet when in his room.
