Located in the heart of Mississauga, near Hurontario and Dundas, I have 1 furnished private bedroom, in a 3 bedroom apartment, available for rent which includes all utilities, plus high speed WIFI internet with unlimited data. The room also includes a clothes storage closet, complete with a clothes rack and overhead shelf. Coin Laundry is available, in the building, on the main floor. The room is naturally lit, cozy, clean, and quiet. The room is furnished and is available immediately for $850 per month. There is No parking available.

The common areas:

The bathroom, kitchen and Living room are shared and we are all very clean, tidy and respectful of each other’s belongings.

Air quality and climate control, in the apartment, is achieved with a state-of-the-art, in suite, HVAC climate control system which continuously filters fresh air coming in, resulting in a well ventilated, exceptionally healthy, dust free, clean air environment. The temperature stays constant and comfortable year round, thanks to central heating throughout, in the winter and air conditioning, in the summer.
