The unit is a 3-person unit and I am looking for 2 additional students to move in. The rent is $805 PER PERSON including internet. The lease starts at the start of May 2022. All utilities included - electricity, hydro, and water. High-speed wired/wireless internet for 35$ per month as well. The property is a 3-minute walk from the main UOttawa Campus and a 15-minute walk from Byward and Rideau Street. Unit is partly furnished - includes kitchen table/chairs, TV, couch, and side/coffee tables. The furniture in the rooms shown is not part of the unit. Plenty of shelf space and storage space as well.

I am currently a 2nd-year political science undergrad at the University of Ottawa. I do not smoke or keep the apartment dirty, and respect personal boundaries and space. The apartment is generally quiet with very few parties in/nearby the apartment. I love meeting new people, and look forward to meeting you!
